Kirkland Clinical Associates is a full-service counseling center striving to meet the emotional, behavioral, and therapeutic needs of an ethnically, spiritually, and culturally diverse community. I strive to encourage, teach, and support self-understanding, self-awareness, and self-sufficiency, while also acknowledging the need for support through family, friends, and the community. I agree to abide by a general philosophy, professional ethics, and a spirit of moving forward to reach more people, touch more lives, and be of greater service to our community.
Our Service Standard
- The first priority is my client.
- All phone calls are returned within 3 hours.
- All emergency calls are returned within 45 minutes.
- All people are treated with dignity and respect no matter their race, creed, color, gender, ethnicity, culture, or religion.
- Make therapy possible for anyone, no matter what financial need.
- Base treatment plans on the needs of the client, not the insurance benefit plan of the employer.
- Treatment plans are honest, purposeful, and may be discussed openly with clients. Any assignment, approach, or plan has purpose that can be explained.
- Help all first-time callers locate a therapist that is right for them, even if that is elsewhere.
- Strive to become better educated, informed, and committed to the discipline of therapy.
- Provide a full-service menu of counseling services including individual, couples, marital, group, and play therapy.
